Children's and Youth Sports School named after Vasyl Symonenko

The Youth Sports School named after Vasyl Symonenko in the town of Makariv is a space where willpower, endurance, and character are shaped. It is a place where young people train daily, and access to safe, functional, and inclusive infrastructure is essential.

In cooperation with the UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees), we carried out a range of renovation works aimed at creating a safe, modern, and accessible environment. The project included ceiling restoration in the lobby and the second-floor hall, renovation of the dance classroom and dance studio, capital repairs of restrooms, including the installation of an inclusive bathroom, and the construction of an accessibility ramp.

The project was implemented with a focus on the needs of facility users and in compliance with modern safety and accessibility standards. The result is a renewed and comfortable space that supports the physical development of youth.
