Accountant for Primary Documentation

Obligations
  • Preparing primary accounting documents (invoices, waybills, acceptance certificates, etc.)
  • Managing the write-off of inventories and materials (TMC)
  • Creating and registering tax invoices
  • Preparing document packages for unblocking tax invoices / adjustment calculations
  • Processing documentation in 1C 7.7
  • Organizing and collecting primary accounting documents
  • Communicating with managers regarding documentation flow
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting role
  • Higher education in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Willingness to learn and transition to BAS KUP (if not already experienced)
  • Proficient in MS Office and M.E.Doc
  • Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the construction sector will be considered an advantage

Foreman

Obligations
  • Organization and control of construction and installation work on facilities.
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Management of the construction team, the distribution of tasks and the control of their implementation.
  • Keeping records of work performed.
  • Control the use of materials.
Requirements
  • Experience as a foreman from 2 years.
  • Knowledge of building codes and technologies.
  • Skills in planning and coordination of work processes.
  • Leadership, responsibility, organizational skills.
  • Having a driver's license will be an advantage.

Project Manager

Obligations
  • Planning, organization and control of construction projects.
  • Coordination of the work of the project team and interaction with contractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget and quality of work.
  • Maintaining the necessary documentation and reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience in construction from 2 years.
  • Higher profile education.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework in the field of construction.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with project documentation and modern digital tools.
