SKELAR

Interkon is delivering a modern office space for the SKELAR team — a venture builder that creates international tech companies in line with global venture capital practices.

The project involves the phased fit-out of multiple office floors, with a strong focus on comfort, functionality, and efficient workspace organization. To date, one of the floors has already been completed, reflecting the overall design and delivery approach: well-thought-out zoning, modern engineering solutions, and attention to detail.

Special attention throughout the project is given to:

• creating flexible workspaces for teams of different sizes;
• integrating areas for collaboration and relaxation;
• ensuring high-quality finishing materials and durable solutions;
• aligning the space with the dynamic growth of a technology-driven company.

Work on the remaining floors is ongoing. Once completed, the project will form a cohesive office environment that supports the growth and culture of SKELAR.
